Särkänniemi Floorball Cup 2.-3.5.2026

The Särkänniemi Floorball Cup is a junior tournament organized in cooperation between Classic, Koovee, and Särkänniemi Amusement Park. It’s the perfect way to wrap up the floorball season — combining exciting matches with a fun-filled weekend at one of Finland’s most famous amusement parks.

A long-standing tradition of the two-day tournament is the spectacular Saturday evening at Särkänniemi, when players get to enjoy the rides and attractions after the first day of games.

Since its debut in 2003, the Särkänniemi Floorball Cup has quickly become one of the most popular season-ending events — thanks to its mix of fast-paced floorball and even faster amusement park rides!

Last year, 243 teams participated, making this tournament one of the largest — if not the largest — junior floorball tournaments in Finland.

Series Descriptions

• Open Series:
  Designed for teams of mixed levels or clubs that wish to participate without strict level restrictions. Suitable for both competitive and developing teams.

• Competitive Series:
  For experienced and skilled teams that regularly play at a higher level in their regional or national leagues.

• Challenger Series:
  Intended for developing teams or clubs that prefer balanced games and less intensive competition. Perfect for teams that focus on fun, fair play, and experience.

Registration and Participation Fees

Fees for 2026 have now been confirmed (October 14, 2025).

Tournament passes are mandatory in all divisions.

• €195 / team + passes

• €180 / team in the following divisions: Boys P9 and Girls T10 + passes

• €140 / team in the following division: Boys P8 + passes

• –50% discount until December 21, 2025

• –25% discount until February 28, 2026

For international teams, the tournament participation fee is free of charge.

Important Dates

• March 22, 2026: Final registration date
  (The deadline has been moved earlier due to hotel arrangements.)

• March 22, 2026: Number of participants must be confirmed.
  Pass quantities can be freely modified in the system until this date.

• April 10, 2026: Hotel and room allocations will be sent to teams by the tournament organizers.

• April 19, 2026: Teams staying in hotels must submit the rooming list (with dates of birth) by email to

• April 19, 2026: Participation fees and tournament passes must be paid in full.

Additional Information

• A separate Forms questionnaire will be sent after registration closes for special dietary requirements.

• Free cancellations are possible until March 22, 2026.
  Cancellations due to medical reasons will be handled on a case-by-case basis upon presentation of a doctor’s certificate.

• Every person participating in the tournament (players and team officials) must have a tournament pass.
  Please make sure to include the required passes already at registration, as hotel bookings are based on them.

• Note that the Särkänniemi amusement park wristbands included in passes are valid only on Saturday, May 2, 2026.

• We cannot guarantee the exact room sizes or configurations requested, but teams may add their accommodation preferences in the registration form by March 22, 2026.
  We will do our best to accommodate all wishes.

• Every team is guaranteed at least four (4) matches during the tournament.

MEALS

Meals are served in Ylöjärvi, Kaukajärvi School, Tesoma School, and Ideapark.
Each team will be assigned a dining location, where information on special diets must be provided in advance.
